One person making the games I want to play —
weird ones, small ones, ones that probably shouldn't exist.
No team yet. No publisher. Just the work.
Nearly a decade in product and project management. A few years in indie games.
I've watched scope kill projects that didn't need to die — it's not a new story,
and it keeps playing out across the industry.
So I'm building differently. Small teams, deliberate scope, systems that actually
work before anything gets pretty. Nights and weekends for now, with real ownership
on the table for anyone who contributes.
There's an RPG of interlocking systems in the works. It's not ready to show yet.
The people who've seen it want more. That's enough to keep going.
